The Contractor
Automate compliance renewals end-to-end (Gas Safety, EICR, EPC), including reminders, chasing, access, contractor booking, remedials and audit trails.
Implementation (one-off setup)
Setup covers data import, workflow rules, comms templates, contractor routing, and testing before go-live. Street agencies get a reduced setup fee because onboarding is more standardised.

Is there a free trial?
No free period. Setup is paid because we build and configure your workflow before go-live.
Is it a long contract?
Position this as month-to-month after setup, so agencies can validate the workflow in day-to-day operations.
What affects final pricing?

Do we have to change CRM?
No. Both products are designed to sit around your existing process. Where integrations are supported, we can reduce double-handling further.
How quickly can we go live?
Typically 7–14 days for The Contractor (depending on data and rules). The Shadow can go live quickly once patch, templates and approvals are agreed.
