What counts as a branch and what counts as a department?
A branch is a physical office location (or a separately managed patch). A department is either Sales or Lettings.
How do add-ons work for Sales + Lettings and extra branches?
- +£99/month adds the second department in the same branch (Sales + Lettings)
- +£99/month adds an additional branch and includes one department by default
- If that additional branch also needs both departments, add another +£99/month for that branch
Can my team approve outreach before anything is sent?
Yes. The Shadow uses a human-in-the-loop workflow so your team can approve messaging and lists before anything goes out.
What is the £199 setup fee for?
Setup covers patch configuration, triggers, templates, approval flows, and onboarding your team so the system runs correctly from day one.
How quickly can we go live?
